(SB 632, 2002).

Alex Mooney consistently voted for the Intercounty Connecter (ICC) to relieve traffic for I-270 commuters. Senator Mooney helped bring millions of dollars for new road projects to Frederick, including $90 million for the construction of the new I-70 interchange at MD 355 and the East Street extension.
